Because customization is so personal, we take requests for orders on this page. Here you will fill out questions detailing what you are looking for and Heidi will respond to your request with a price. Once all the details for your customized item are approved, Heidi will email an invoice and once the invoice is paid, production will begin. The order should be ready for pick up or shipment approximately seven days from payment. During busy holiday times, such as Christmas, and larger orders make take longer, but you will be informed of that at the time of your embroidery request.
Basic pricing guide:
Words up to 2 inches by 5 inches – typable fonts only, fonts with specialized/not typable characters are custom designs. A Basic name or monogram is included in the cost on the stuffed animals and quilts.

Monogram up to 4 inches square. A Basic name or monogram is included in the cost on the stuffed animals and quilts.

Custom Design or Logo set up – for embroidery and sublimation this is a one time fee for any non-standard lettering or custom image used to make your design. For Transfer designs it is a per order fee.

Single Custom digitized design in any embroidery format – this is a fee in addition to the set up but is applicable only if you want a copy of your digitized file
